Having a Cheat Day to look forward to every week is awesome – like a mini-holiday every seven days.
I realized that I can get back to having Crumbl Cookies again – once a week if I want!
What is the 4 hour body diet? A reason to celebrate every week.
After my delicious Maple English Breakfast, I ran errands all morning with my hubby and later with my daughter. I ended up enjoying TWO yummy breves from Dutch Bros this morning. Then I got a whole box of four Crumbl Cookies! I shared a quarter of each cookie with my daughter who was willing to drive me, since our van had to go into the shop last minute. I had forgotten just how DELICIOUS these cookies are! I enjoyed eating them throughout the entire day, until at the end of the day when I shared the remaining quarter pieces with my family as the cookies had to be all gone by end of day on this 4 hour body slow carb plan.

We’ve been having a social gathering about every weekend (sometimes just my house church group), so I plan which Binge Day I’m going to take, Saturday or Sunday, depending on which events we’re attending. Today a friend had invited us to a BBQ May Fun Day, so today was my Binge Day, though I did Sunday last week and will do Sundays for the next two weeks after this (two high school graduation parties).
Due to bad weather the BBQ ended up moving to an indoor venue, so there was no actual grilling. But hubby and I enjoyed getting a drink and two appetizers from the bar. I had a beer and we shared cheese curds with a dip and onion rings with a dip. It was so great having rich cheese again.
Supper: Family Night Celebration
Tonight my daughter cooked for Family Night and we were celebrating our college son (our youngest) landing a summer job. Our daughter cooked up her favorite HelloFresh recipe, Fully-Loaded Pork Taquitos. It was so good, I enjoyed the tortilla, meat filling, and all the various toppings. Something about being only able to have carbs and sugar once a week, makes them taste SO MUCH BETTER than when I was having them regularly.
I ate my whole plate of food and enjoyed every single bite. For dessert to celebrate our son we had a favorite cake from the store – Pastel Tres Leches. It’s one of my favorites, too, and I had two full slices as we all watched a movie together for Family Night.
What a wonderful Binge Day this was! I LOVE THIS 4 HR BODY PLAN!
One important thing, especially on Binge Days, I work to get in my 8,000 steps, especially walking a bit after my last meal of the day so I don’t have reflux issues at bedtime (a recurring problem on Binge Days).
